Default 67 Charger..Complete Repaint

The Mopar fans will like this one! It will be painted the original color with a single stage paint..CLV by PPG. The same as went on the 70 Duster .

Default Hood

Starting with the hood there are some little dings and a wave that need to be taken care of.

Some of the glue that keeps the sheet metal in place has come lose with time. This needs to be addressed so things don't flex. I use hot glue and a lot of it.

Knowing the heat from the grinders and sanders can warp a panel out of shape is important. You could create more damage if your not thinking. There are times however when this warping can help us out. Like nurling a valve guide, the heat in this case is warping the panel up filling the broad low (wave) and working for us

They call that a "Killer". It's also used by some for buffing. It has a 8 " foam pad. Air driven , RPMs can be controled from creeping at 50 -100 rpm to flat out 2500rpm. Useing stick-on paper 80 or 36 grit. Knocks down bondo fast as a "killer"does in paint too Or with proper control you can shape to a point where a block or longboard would take over
